Quality Assurance & Testing

BA Solutions LLC offers established Quality Assurance and Testing services to ensure that all planned activities are implemented according to quality standards and IT solutions are meeting all requirements. Some of the tasks BSGI provides for this service area are:

  • Create, update, and execute more functional Test Cases based on functional requirements and user stories.
  • Ensure all Quality Assurance processes and standards are followed throughout the testing process in accordance with organization’s standards.
  • Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and Smoke testing on multiple projects.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by presenting UAT scenarios, tracking user issues, and communicating with users to follow up on any requirements.
  • Develop Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to guarantee that all requirements were covered in testing.
  • Produce reports on testing metrics to the higher management on weekly basis.
  • Utilize organization’s bug-tracking tools (e.g., MS Azure DevOps, JIRA) for maintaining Test Plans, Test Cases, and Bugs.
  • Identify, isolate, reproduce, and investigate software issues and file bug reports into a bug-tracking tool.
